Are you an experienced purchasing and inventory professional with ERP skills, looking for a role where you can make a real operational impact in a technically complex, internationally active manufacturing environment?
On offer is a broad, autonomous role covering the full supply chain function, from MRP and procurement through to inventory control and export logistics. This is a well-established manufacturer with a global customer base and a close-knit, diverse team culture.
This company has been operating for over 50 years, supplying specialist filtration and emission control products to some of the largest manufacturers in the world. They are a small, tight team where everyone pulls together. With a cross-trained, diverse workforce and a culture that values practical ability over paper qualifications, this is a place where strong performers are trusted and recognised.
This role would suit a supply chain or purchasing professional who is confident in an ERP-heavy environment, looking for a long term secure role.
The Role:- Full ownership of purchasing, inventory, and logistics in a specialist manufacturing environment
- Heavy ERP involvement — MRP runs, PO management, inventory control, job costing, and month-end processes
- Cross-functional exposure — regular collaboration with sales, engineering, and accounting
- Strong ERP experience — Sys Pro highly desirable, or a comparable MRP/ERP system (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Epicor)
- Background in purchasing, inventory control, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment
- Hands-on and practical — comfortable getting on the floor, taking ownership, and working without a large team around you
