Fluent Spanish (nonnegotiable)

Experience with: quadriplegic patients, secretion management, autonomic symptoms, respiratory compromise, bowel & bladder programs, skin integrity & pressure injury prevention

Ability to work independently while maintaining professional communication with wife

Must be comfortable with high-acuity home care and rapid clinical decision-making

We pay W2 employee or 1099 allowed. (1099 requires liability insurance).

Job requirements:

RN/LPN active license

Must have valid CPR BLS card.

Must have a copy of a neg TB skin test results, chest X-ray or TBQ gold quantifer on blood test results.

Must have level 2 background clearance.

Must be able to provide proof of car insurance.

Must speak English clearly.

Must have good driving record.

Must have reliable transportation.
