Ensure department merchandising per plan and maintain product availability, freshness, quality, and value;
Train department associates on freshness, inventory, stocking, ordering, and shelf conditioning; assist customers as needed;
Lead and empower the team, hire when needed, manage performance and development, and schedule to meet goals;
Manage daily/weekly administrative tasks (communications, scheduling, pricing changes, orders) and monitor inventory to minimize shrink
