Job Summary
As a Sales BDC Agent, you will play a critical role in connecting potential customers and facilitating the sales process. You will respond to inquiries, set appointments, and ensure a positive customer experience, driving sales and contributing to the success of the dealership.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Schedule appointments for customers interested in visiting or test driving vehicles.
- Manage and nurture leads through follow‑up communications.
- Establish rapport with potential customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales process.
- Accurately enter customer information and interactions into the CRM.
- Maintain clear communication with the Sales BDC Manager, sales team, and other departments.
- Strive to exceed customer expectations and provide a positive impression of the dealership.
- Provide support to the sales team by assisting in appointment scheduling and related tasks.
Position Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales support roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude, customer‑focused, and a team player.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Physical Demands
- The position is office‑based and does not typically require heavy physical demands.
Work Environment
- Office setting within the dealership.
Other Duties
- Other duties may be assigned as needed.
At‑Will Employment Relationship
The employment relationship is at‑will. Either party may terminate at any time, with or without cause or notice.
