Job Summary

Market Sales Leader is responsible for driving revenue by coaching Outside Sales Representatives and Strategic Account Managers, identifying current and upcoming job sites, cultivating relationships with key decision makers, and developing strategic market approaches that maximize revenue.

• Coaches and mentors Outside Sales Representatives and Strategic Account Managers.
• Identifies current and upcoming job sites and key customers on those sites.
• Builds and maintains relationships with project managers, executives, and other decision makers.
• Develops strategic market and customer approaches to increase revenue.
• Ensures team collaboration to provide customers with solutions and quality service.
• Meets or exceeds sales goals as an individual contributor.
• Builds and grows territory market share.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of proven sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history.
• Knowledge of construction phases, equipment applications, features, benefits, operations, and specifications.
• Strong ability to coach, motivate, and develop a sales force.

The role requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors or outdoors as required.

Base Pay Range: $79,702.00 - $. Total compensation includes base pay, company vehicle, and commission.
