LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead to model and deliver personalized customer experiences while guiding and coaching associates. You will partner with the Store Manager to become an expert on store operations and be ready to step in as manager when needed.
This role requires at least 6 months of retail sales experience (management experience preferred), tech‑savvy with POS systems, and flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
