Sales Associate

Rana Furniture is seeking a Sales Associate to join our customer-focused, family-oriented team in our South Florida showrooms. In this role, you'll welcome customers, understand their home furnishing needs, and recommend stylish, budget-friendly solutions from our wide selection of living room, bedroom, dining, mattress, and décor products. You'll explain product features, promotions, financing, and delivery options while providing friendly, personalized service.

This role offers hands-on experience, sales and design training, and growth potential into leadership as you help families create comfortable, beautiful homes.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in the showroom, understanding their home furnishing needs
• Recommend furniture, mattresses, and décor solutions aligned with style and budget
• Present product features, financing options, promotions, and delivery services
• Create attractive product presentations and maintain a clean, organized sales floor
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and online tools
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales, add-on, and financing goals
• Collaborate with team members to support store events and merchandising changes
• Stay current on product knowledge, inventory, and store policies
• Assist with order status, delivery coordination, and basic customer service issues
