All-Source Intelligence Analyst SME
With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. Our government and military make critical decisions daily, and we need an intel analyst to support those decisions. As a senior All-Source Intelligence Analyst SME, you use specialized technical experience and attention to detail to develop reports, intelligence products, and analytic assessments that provide actionable intelligence and context for our clients.
You will help clients understand their operational environment, provide crisis response support, and develop effective queries from multiple sources including SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, HUMINT, and public information. You will validate information, develop tradecraft, and build assessments for targeters, warfighters, senior policymakers, internal client publications, and U.S. IC‑wide products. You will be the authority in your area of responsibility, providing time‑critical recommendations under pressure and mentoring other analysts.
Qualifications- 20+ years of experience with all‑source intelligence analysis
- Experience with all‑source analysis support tool suites
- Knowledge of classified and unclassified data systems and research methodologies
- Knowledge of operational and strategic intelligence planning
- Knowledge of Special Operations Forces
- Knowledge of designated terrorist organizations, foreign terrorist organizations, and external state actors
- Ability to design and execute efficient and effective research plans for all‑source intelligence products including JIPOE, CONOP development, OPLAN development, and TCP support
- TS/SCI clearance
- Master's degree
- Experience with targeting analysis and the F3
EAD process - Experience with law enforcement intelligence support
- Experience with ICD 203, ICD 206, and other ICD tradecrafts
- Knowledge of U.S. Southern Command AOR
- Excellent briefing skills, including to General and senior officers
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
CompensationProjected compensation range: $77,500.00 to $ annually (USD). Salary is determined by multiple factors including location, education, skills, and experience.
