Highmark Residential in Homestead, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties across our apartment community.
You will support the Service Manager, respond to requests promptly, and participate in the ongoing maintenance program to keep our community safe and well-maintained. A year of experience and a valid driver’s license are required, with an A/C Type II certification preferred.
