Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of technicians in the shop.
  • Ensure all repairs and services are performed to the highest standards.
  • Diagnose complex automotive issues and provide solutions.
  • Train and mentor junior technicians.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle needs.
Requirements:
  • Required:
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive repair.
  • Preferred: ASE certification.
  • Required:

    Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Preferred:
    Experience with heavy-duty trucks.
  • Preferred:
    Knowledge of automotive diagnostic tools and software.
  • Required:

    High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
  • Pre-employment background checks are required, including MVR, and drug screening.
