Location: West Homestead
Transitional Services, Inc. is seeking a Housing Support Specialist to provide housing support, training, and assistance to OBH consumers in the Permanent Supportive Housing Program.
You will help identify, secure, and maintain affordable housing of their choice while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or related field and at least 1 year of mental health or human services experience, or an equivalent combination.
