Client Services Specialist

Overview

We’re looking for a Client Services Specialist to join a high-energy, service-driven team. In this role, you’ll be a key point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive timely, accurate, and professional support throughout their experience. You’ll work closely with internal teams and leadership to resolve inquiries, maintain strong relationships, and contribute to the department’s evolving goals and service standards.

• Serve as the primary contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Provide prompt, accurate information and support to ensure a seamless client experience
• Maintain a client-first mindset while identifying opportunities to enhance service and strengthen relationships
• Support daily office operations and partner with team members to meet service and performance goals
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
• Adapt to shifting priorities and contribute to an evolving client service strategy
• Use critical thinking to resolve questions, navigate gray areas, and make informed decisions

• Experience in customer service, client support, account coordination, or similar roles
