Overview

At Future Care our Central Supply Coordinator manages medical inventory to support the nursing team. This position plays a key role in assessing, coordinating, monitoring and maintaining a cost‑effective inventory of supplies for the care of residents and daily functioning of the facility.

Competitive Pay: $21.00 – $22.27/hr

Salary Disclosure Statement

The salary mentioned above reflects the potential base pay range for this role. Bonuses or other incentives (if applicable) are offered separately and paid pursuant to the relevant program schedule. All employment offers will consider such factors as overall experience, job‑related qualifications, location, certifications/training, etc.

Responsibilities
  • Maintains adequate supplies on the individual units based on designated par levels.
  • Provides personal supplies for residents.
  • Assists nurses with the monitoring of daily supply requests.
  • Coordinates and maintains Medicare Part B billing and supply services.
  • Maintains adequate par levels of supplies in the central supply area.
  • Maintains equipment and supplies for residents in supplemental and enteral feedings.
  • Verifies all orders when delivered by vendors.
  • Performs accurate weights in all residents per designated schedule.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong skills of patience, attention to detail, reliability and organization.
  • Demonstrates strength, flexibility and the ability to lift 30–40 pounds.
