HR Shared Services Customer Service Rep

We are seeking a detail oriented and service driven HR Shared Services Customer Service Representative to support employees with day to day HR inquiries. This role serves as a first point of contact for HR related questions and provides timely, accurate support across multiple HR functions.

• Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, and general HR processes
• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and ticketing systems
• Triage and resolve requests or escalates complex issues as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and employee records
• Support HR team with administrative tasks and process improvements

• 1-3 years of customer service or HR support experience
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests
• Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office preferred
