Overview
We are seeking a detail oriented and service driven HR Shared Services Customer Service Representative to support employees with day to day HR inquiries. This role serves as a first point of contact for HR related questions and provides timely, accurate support across multiple HR functions.
Responsibilities- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, and general HR processes
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Triage and resolve requests or escalate complex issues as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and employee records
- Support HR team with administrative tasks and process improvements
- 1-3 years of customer service or HR support experience
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests
- Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office preferred
