Position Title: Clinical IT Project Coordinator (Data Migration)
Location: Remote
Position Status: 6-month Contract
Position DescriptionOur client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support a large-scale Athena EMR implementation, with a focus on data migration activities. This role plays a key part in maintaining project structure and momentum by managing timelines, tracking action items, coordinating stakeholder meetings, and ensuring clear communication across clinical, technical, and operational teams. The Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers and lane leads to document progress, surface risks, and support readiness for upcoming Go?
Lives.
Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of experience in project coordination, healthcare IT, or clinical operations, along with strong communication skills and proficiency in Smartsheet and Microsoft Office.
Experience with Athena EMR is a plus. While the position is primarily remote, some on?site support in Indiana or Ohio may be required during major Go?
Live periods in June and August.

Responsibilities- Maintain project timelines, milestones, and follow-up item tracking.
- Coordinate stakeholder meetings (agendas, minutes, action items, attendance).
- Track and elevate action items, risks, issues, and dependencies to PM or lane lead.
- Ensure communication flows effectively across clinical, technical, and operational teams.
- Manage and maintain project documentation.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective in mid-level project support roles.
- Experience (2+ years) in project coordination, healthcare IT, or clinical operations.
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working with multiple teams; able to gain hands-on EHR project delivery experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Microsoft Office Suite
- Athena EMR experience preferred.
- Primarily remote.
- May require on?site support during Go?
