Job DescriptionAspen Trace is now hiring full-time LPNs for Day and Night Shifts. $15,000 Sign on bonus for full-time day shift only! 3-day work week for a full week's pay! We offer daily and weekly pay options and great benefits!
Job Responsibilities- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in resident conditions to the nursing staff.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records and documentation.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Indiana.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
- Experience in a long-term care or assisted living environment.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
