Overview:
As part of the produce team, you ll help ensure availability, cleanliness, and freshness of produce. You will be on the front lines of customer service, helping enhance the member s shopping experience. This role supports our members by delivering quality produce at low cost and contributing to a positive club environment.

• Be a Team Member:
  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products; collaborate with cross-functional teams; educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively; adapt to the needs of the business; track goods and maintain in-stock levels; control shrinkage in a timely manner.
• Be an Expert:
  Understand processes and specifications related to quality of various produce merchandise; prepare products according to established standards; maintain product safety and sanitation; adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to produce quality.
• Be a Techie:
  Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; use handheld technology to support decisions about production, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.
• Be an Owner:
  Drive performance of the area; utilize digital tools; manage stock and rotate department products; ensure quality and date control; reduce waste; assist customers per company policies.
• Be a Talent Ambassador:
  Model high-quality service and products; maintain energy, commitment, and passion for the work; value the member s experience in the department and club.
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; apply Open Door Policy in daily business processes.
• Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; identify priorities and deadlines; communicate progress and opportunities for improvement.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in specific circumstances.
