We're looking for a reliable, hands‑on In‑House Maintenance Technician to join our team. You'll be the go‑to person for keeping our facility, kitchen, and equipment running smoothly — from general repairs and plumbing to commercial kitchen equipment like Turbo Chef ovens, freezers/refrigeration units, and coffee machines.
No specific certification on our equipment is required —
we provide full training on Turbo Chef ovens, refrigeration systems, and coffee/beverage equipment. What matters most is a strong general maintenance/handyman background and a willingness to learn.
- Perform general facility maintenance and repairs (plumbing, minor electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, power washing etc.)
- Diagnose and repair kitchen equipment including Turbo Chef ovens, freezers, refrigerators, and coffee machines
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and inspections on equipment and building systems
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns
- Maintain an inventory of tools, parts, and supplies
- Coordinate with outside vendors/contractors for specialized repairs when needed
- Keep accurate maintenance logs and repair records
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
- Assist with setup/breakdown for facility needs as required
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician, handyman, or similar role
- Working knowledge of basic plumbing repair (leaks, clogs, fixtures, etc.)
- Comfortable troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment
- Experience with commercial kitchen or refrigeration equipment is a plus, but not required — training provided
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time/priorities
- Good communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+lbsand perform physical tasks (bending, climbing ladders, standing for extended periods)
- Valid driver's license
