Our client is seeking a Bilingual React Developer (Spanish) to play a key role in delivering a major enhancement to their member portal. This contract, hybrid position based in Birmingham, AL, focuses on front-end development with an emphasis on improving search functionality and ensuring Spanish language accessibility for users. You will work closely with product owners, designers, and backend engineers to create a modern, intuitive, and accessible user experience.

• Develop and optimize React components for enhanced search and portal features
• Implement Spanish language support and ensure accessibility across all UI elements
• Integrate front-end applications with secure APIs and backend services
• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, maintainable code
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and compliance with coding standards
• Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English within a hybrid work environment

• Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, and Type Script
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
• Experience with API integration and security best practices
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility
• 3+ years in front-end development; exposure to Java/Spring Boot is a plus
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a hybrid environment
