About the Role: As our Salon Receptionist, you’ll set the tone for every guest’s visit — from greeting them warmly, to managing bookings, to recommending products they’ll love. You’ll keep our front desk running like a dream and help ensure every client leaves looking (and feeling) amazing.
Key Responsibilities- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring every visit starts on a high note
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations via our booking system
- Answer phone calls, emails, and social media messages promptly
- Process payments and handle transactions with accuracy
- Promote salon services, memberships, and retail products
- Coordinate stylist schedules for smooth appointment flow
- Maintain an organized, inviting front desk and retail area
- Assist with light admin tasks and support the team with special events or promotions
- Prior customer service or reception experience (salon/spa experience a plus)
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- A friendly, polished, and professional demeanor
- Comfort with booking software & POS systems (training provided)
- Availability to work weekends (Saturdays)

Compensation: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
