Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Responsibilities

Summary:

The Clinic Director for Team Rehabilitation is a unique model for the Physical Therapist who wants to have ownership in a clinic while still having the support of a company. This leadership role’s primary responsibilities are growing, developing and managing an outpatient physical therapy clinic. The only way to drive success is in providing exceptional physical therapy with measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care while regularly exceeding industry standards.

Strategic Planning:

  • This is a partnership. The Clinic Director is key in clinic set up. If opening a new clinic, provide input on clinic location and clinic layout.
  • Take control of Quality of Care in the clinic. Take a patient-centered approach so that each patient receives care aligned to their goals and objectives.
  • The Clinic Director has all the normal responsibilities of a Physical Therapist with the addition of hiring and managing the right staff.

Marketing:

  • Support Marketing Reps and fellow clinics’ marketing initiatives as key components of the clinic’s success and Team Rehabilitation’s growth.
  • Maintain relationships with key physicians and referral sources to promote Team’s commitment to care and increase patient referrals.
  • Attend lunches and functions organized by Marketing.
  • Ensure the clinic is a positive influence in the community.

Financial and Operational Management:

  • Keep the clinic full of patients by overseeing scheduling and treatments that enhance the patient’s experience.
  • Manage productivity by defining and setting clear, reasonable, and measurable expectations.
  • Manage the clinic budget to support the clinic’s financial health.
  • Monitor clinic expenses such as patient travel, office supplies, and medical supplies.
  • Ensure clinic compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations; stay informed about evolving healthcare laws and policies.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement.
  • Monitor KPIs to maximize clinic performance and profitability.
  • Provide input on policies, procedures and strategy to ensure high quality of care across Team Rehabilitation clinics.
  • Handle patient feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.

Leadership and Staff Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop clinic staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
  • Manage employee schedules, performance reviews, and training.
  • Promote staff engagement and retention through effective communication and support.
  • Continuously foster a collaborative work environment and ensure a respectful, inclusive workplace.
Qualifications
  • Doctorate or Masters in Physical Therapy
  • Desire to own/run clinic
  • 5+ years of proven experience with a track record of exceptional patient care
  • Dedicated to education and training with a desire to continue to grow as a Physical Therapist
  • Must be committed to Team’s initiative of making DEI a priority - bringing a sense of belonging and empowerment within a diverse workforce
