• Sign‑On Bonus $7,500 for all full‑time hires!
• Competitive salary $36.00–$44.00/hr and shift differentials!

The salary mentioned above reflects the potential base pay range for this role. Bonuses or other incentives (if applicable) are offered separately and paid pursuant to the relevant program schedule. All employment offers will consider such factors as overall experience, job‑related qualifications, location, certifications/training, etc.

• Responsible for assisting in the delivery of resident care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Review resident medical records to ensure nursing practice provided is within state and federal guidelines.
• Review all referrals for consultation, treatment, or resolution of problems that are valid and applicable to the documented nurse plans.
• Evaluate and monitor resident responses to daily implementation of nursing care to ensure the provision of resident care plans are met.
• Implement physician’s orders, nursing interventions, and procedures as needed for the care of the resident.
• Seek opportunities for professional growth and expansion of responsibilities to maintain competency levels.
• Set and implement goals and policies consistent with the philosophy and purpose of Future Care’s nursing facility.

• Must hold an active Registered Nurse license issued in the state of Maryland.
• 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
• Previous experience caring for residents in an acute or long‑term health care facility a plus.
• Must possess a current CPR license.
