We are Reliance Home Health Caregivers! We now need a nurse to take care of a 15 year old male residing in Homewood, IL 60430. Accompanying to school Monday-Friday 8am-4pm.

• Flexible hours/scheduling for Fulltime, Part time or PRN - 8, 10, 12 or 16 hour shifts (employee's choice!)

• Possess a valid LPN or RN license in the state of Illinois
• Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care working as an RN / LPN
• Valid CPR card
