Assistant Manager

Overview

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team as an Assistant Manager

You will assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. You will participate in a 3+ weeks store leadership training program to prepare for success.

• High school diploma required
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Food Safety:
  Serve Safe certified

While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam table and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use kitchen equipment, and work quickly without losing accuracy. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and reach across counter tops.

Kitchens are hot and noise levels are usually high; able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage conflicts.

Pay Range: $22 per hour - $25 per hour. Within the range, pay is determined by location and experience. Panda reserves the right to change or terminate bonus programs at any time, with or without notice.
