Seasonal Retail Sales Associate – Washington Park Plaza. Base pay range: $16.00/hr.
Join Bath & Body Works as a Seasonal Sales Associate during the holiday season. You will be the face of Bath & Body Works—understanding customer needs and helping them find products. Your focus is delivering exceptional and consistent customer experiences that support sales growth and maintain a positive, high-energy store environment.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in company values and product knowledge.
- Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demonstrating products, and making personalized recommendations.
- Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on the sales floor and at checkout.
- Support product replenishment and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and presentable.
- Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
- Maintain safety and store cleanliness by adhering to all safety standards and expectations.
- Adhere to policies and procedures in day-to-day operations.
- Customer-first mindset with experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proven ability to deliver sales and customer service results.
- Effective communication, openness to feedback, and adaptability.
- Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.
- Availability for peak days and varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
