Role Description

This full‑time, on‑site position as a Business Development Center Manager is based in Homewood, IL. The responsibilities include managing daily operations of the business development center, overseeing customer communications via phone and email, leading a team to achieve customer satisfaction and retention goals, and ensuring exceptional customer service experiences. The role also involves developing strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty, monitoring team performance, and maintaining strong communication with other departments to support dealership objectives.

  • Proven experience in Customer Retention and building long‑term customer relationships
