Mitigation Technician

Our number one priority is to quickly bring your property back to its original condition.

We re seeking a hardworking and dedicated Restoration Demo Technician to join our team! In this role, you ll play a key role in restoring homes and businesses back to their pre-loss condition. You ll extract standing water if needed, clean up affected materials and areas at job sites, and assist the lead technician with job site production. You ll also be responsible for maintaining job site safety and executing the job action plan for restoration production.

You ll work in some cases in confined spaces including heights and utilize power tools to get the job done. Additionally, you ll assist with warehouse duties, moving, cleaning, and storing equipment, and tools, and keeping vans clean and stocked. You ll need to be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment, be a team player with excellent attention to detail, and be able to work independently when needed.

• Extract standing water if needed
• Move, clean, and store equipment, tools, and vans
• Clean up affected materials and areas at job sites including removing all job-related debris
• Assist lead technician with job site production
• Maintain job site safety
• Execute job action plan for restoration production
• Contents manipulation
• Work in confined spaces including heights
• Utilize power tools
• Assist with warehouse duties

• Must have Valid Drivers  License
• Must have reliable transportation to Main Office
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• Frequent walking, standing, bending, and twisting
• Clean shave face for use of respirator per OSHA regulations
• Working in a team environment
• Working in tight or confined spaces

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
