• Drive to multiple customer homes daily to diagnose and repair a variety of appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves.
• Deliver excellent customer experience that consistently exceeds expectations.
• Provide customers with value‑added solutions to improve their homes.
• Maintain a clean, well‑organized truck and manage parts efficiently.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification.
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude, including use of testing and repair tools.
• Preferred experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances.
• Ability to follow directions and processes for quality workmanship.
• Comfortable using a smartphone, including for part ordering.
• Successful background and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license for the state(s) in which you work.
• Ability to travel up to 100% of the time.
• Flexible with variable and flexible hours, including overtime.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
  English proficiency.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 100 lbs, reach, bend, squat, kneel, twist, climb, crawl, and drive an automatic transmission vehicle.
