Starting Wage: $17.00 – $20.00 (part‑time)

• Safely transport teammates to and from inventory events, adhering to traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements.
• Perform vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
• Count and record inventory with precision.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow and playbook for success.
• Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.
• Meet daily performance goals; earn productivity‑based wage increases.

• Minimum age 21.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of residence for at least 36 consecutive months.
• At least 3 years of proven driving experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active during shifts.
• Comfort with handheld scanners or count tools.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Willingness to submit to pre‑employment investigative consumer report, screening, and MVR check.
• Familiarity with GPS navigation.
• Availability for flexible schedules, including very early mornings and late nights.

• Competitive pay: eligibility for a productivity‑based wage increase up to $2.00 in the first six months, with a maximum of $5.00.

The position requires standing for prolonged periods, walking, repetitive motions, squatting, kneeling, crouching, ladder use, lifting up to 25 lb., and occasional travel by car or plane, including overnight stays.
