Valid OT license, BLS - Experience:
Relevant OT experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Hourly Pay Rate: $58.96

- Conduct screenings and evaluations for patients with cognitive and ADL physical functioning disorders
- Develop and implement individualized care plans following regulatory standards
- Provide rehabilitative, skilled treatment interventions including ADL training, therapeutic exercises, and assistive devices
- Monitor patient progress and adapt treatments as needed
- Document all services accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with healthcare team members and communicate treatment outcomes
- Support and supervise occupational therapy assistants and students
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and continuing education activities
- Valid occupational therapy license in Texas
- BLS certification
- At least 1 year of experience in long-term care or similar settings
- Strong clinical skills in cognitive and physical rehabilitation
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
