As a Staff Accountant, you'll play a vital role in providing accounting services to clients of the firm. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparation of accounting work papers and financial statements.
• Recording and posting journal entries, classifying entries and totals for each accounting period.
• Reconciliation of payroll reports, balance sheet, and income statement accounts.
• Assisting in the preparation and compilation of client financial statements.
• Ensuring accuracy, integrity, and full compliance within regulatory standards.

We're seeking individuals who exemplify the following core competencies:

• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrating mastery in fundamental accounting principles such as GAAP and income tax basis, coupled with adept utilization of accounting software and adherence to industry SSARS standards to ensure precise financial reporting and analysis.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

• CPA or CGMA license, preferred.
• Quick Books Online Certification, preferred.
