Duties SummarySupervises and participates in performing the full range of pre‑auditing work in the State's central agency; examines contracts prior to certification of funds; reviews and controls Electronic Data Processing data; supervises clerical pre‑audit work involving vouchered and payroll claims; performs related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualification Requirements- Legal Authorization to Work: U.S. citizenship, nationality, permanent resident alien, or eligible under federal law.

Experience:
At least two years of responsible clerical work in payroll processing and/or voucher, invoice, and statement handling, demonstrating arithmetic competence and instruction‑following. - Pre‑Audit
Experience:
At least two years of progressively responsible work involving examination and verification of payroll documents, invoices, vouchers, statements for completeness, accuracy, legality, and propriety. - Supervisory Aptitude (Pre‑Audit Clerk III level):
Demonstrated potential for supervisory duties through leadership roles, training, or favorable appraisals. Actual supervisory experience is not required.
