Job Location:

Waikiki, Honolulu - Hybrid negotiable

Compensation: $40,000-$60,000/year

Direct Hire - Full Time

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm (Hybrid work negotiable)

• Cash & Fund Management
  • Bank account management, reconciliation, and deposit verification
  • Management of cash and all payment methods (checks, credit cards, etc.)
• Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
  • Sales reconciliation and accounts receivable collection
  • Invoice processing, accounts payable management, vendor setup, and payment execution
• Accounting, Tax, and Closing
  • Data entry and bookkeeping using Quick Books
  • Monthly closing and consolidated reporting
  • Preparation of tax documents and coordination with external accounting firm
• Audit & Administrative Support
  • Support for audits and government/tax authority inquiries
  • Handling internal inquiries and irregular accounting matters

• Must have valid authorization to work in the United States
• English (business level) and Japanese (fluent level)
• Basic PC skills
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
• Experience with Quick Books Online
