Job Title:
Accounts Payable Clerk III
Job Type: Contract (6 Months)
Location:
Honolulu, HI 96819 (Onsite)
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate:
Up to $23.02/hr (W2)
We are hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk III to support our finance team with accurate vendor invoice processing, payment preparation, and account reconciliation.
Responsibilities- Process, code, and post supplier invoices to the accounting system
- Prepare and schedule checks, ACH payments, and wire transfers
- Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve invoice/PO discrepancies
- Respond to vendor AP queries promptly and professionally
- Process employee expense reports and maintain financial records
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Prior accounts payable or finance support experience required
- Strong Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting software skills
- Proficient in 10-key data entry
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
Interviews are conducted onsite.
