Recruitment Number: OHHI-26036. Immediate vacancy in the Department of Taxation, Downtown.

• Level III: $4,961 to $6,043 per month (SR-20, Step D to I)
• Level IV: $5,369 to $6,535 per month (SR-22, Step D to I)

• Conduct moderate to difficult professional auditing work by examining accounts and financial information for agencies and business entities.
• Perform field audits of governmental books of accounts, records, or business entities, regulated public utilities, and transportation firms.
• Assist higher‑level auditors on complex audit assignments and, as project leader, supervise smaller audit teams on less complex cases.
• Interpret and analyze accounting records and systems in accordance with generally accepted professional accounting and auditing principles.

• Legal Authorization to Work in the United States (citizen, national, permanent resident alien, or eligible under federal law).
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four‑year college or university with at least twelve semester credit hours in accounting and/or auditing subjects.
• Specialized professional auditing experience: two years for Level III; three years for Level IV, requiring knowledge and application of generally accepted professional accounting and auditing standards, theory, and practices.
• Valid driver's license required for immediate vacancies.
• Relevant substitutions allowed per the Minimum Qualification Requirements.
