Staff Accountant – Bedford Park, IL

Ducker Ringwood Automation (DRA) is a leading supplier of equipment to the corrugated paper industry since 1963. We design, engineer, manufacture, program and install our machinery throughout North America. Our products include robotic conveying, material handling, and automatic mixing equipment. As our company expands its products and services, we are searching for additional people to join our team.

• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts.
• Assist and guide other team members when needed (6 other people on the team).
• Handle month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Analyze financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and capital.
• Prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports to summarize current and projected company financial position.
• Prepare reports to substantiate individual transactions prior to monthly close process.
• Establish, modify, document, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.

• BS in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
• 3+ years of general accounting experience.

Full‑time position with an 8‑hour shift. Annual salary: $65,000.00. The role is in person at the Southwest Suburbs near Midway Airport, Chicago, IL 60638. Relocation before starting work is required.
