With us, it's all about finding the job that's just right. Salary: $80,000–$85,000 per year Monday-Friday 6am-6pm What's a typical day as Senior Accounting Manager? You'll be:

Overseeing daily accounting operations, including general ledger, prepaids, fixed assets, capital expenditures, inventory, leases, expenses, and intercompany transactions.

Managing the quarterly close process and ensuring accurate, timely journal entries.

Maintaining the Sage Fixed Assets system and reconciling activity with Microsoft Dynamics GP.

Leading quarterly general ledger reconciliations, reviewing accounts, and resolving discrepancies.

Preparing schedules and documentation for annual audits and tax filings, and coordinating with external auditors and the tax team.

Supporting annual budget maintenance and fiscal year-end closing activities.

Recruiting, managing, and developing the accounting team, including the internal offshore Expense Team, through coaching, training, and performance evaluations.

Enhancing accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls, and implementing system improvements or automation.

Ensuring compliance with GAAP, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Collaborating with management and operational teams for financial reporting and ad hoc analysis.

Providing timely, clear financial insights to guide business decisions and communicating process changes across departments.

Supporting additional accounting duties, projects, and initiatives as assigned.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred, but not required; public accounting experience is a plus).
Have a minimum of 10 years of accounting experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory or management role in a high-volume environment.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting.
Have experience overseeing capital projects of at least $10 million and gross revenues of $100 million.
Are proficient with Sage, Great Plains/Microsoft Dynamics GP, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Possess strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and drive process improvements.
Excel at mentoring, coaching, and developing accounting teams.
Can manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
