Payroll Accountant

We are seeking a professional, experienced, “hands-on” individual to work in our fast-paced Accounting Department. The candidate for this position will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and able to handle multiple tasks concurrently.

Accurate and timely payroll processing using Serenic Software. Calculate and review time records, commissions and bonuses to process our bi-weekly payroll for 300+ employees in 13 states.

Monthly JE preparation, GL account reconciliations and various other payroll reports and related tasks.

• Must be available to work on-site at our Corporate office
• Flexible schedule:
  Must be willing to work every other Saturday or Sunday, and occasional evenings
• Possess a high level of discretion
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Highly detail-oriented and able to perform responsibilities with a sense of urgency
• Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Possess a solid Accounting background
• Proficiency in Excel & Word
• 10-key by touch
• Minimum of 2 years Payroll Experience
• Microsoft Dynamics NAV Software experience a plus
• Already lives on the island of Oahu
