Billing Representative

Fully onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. | $45,000–$50,000 annually

A well-established professional services organization in Honolulu is hiring a Billing Representative to support detailed client invoicing, attorney billing, and monthly billing deadlines.

This is a great fit for someone with strong billing or accounting experience who enjoys accuracy, structure, and work that directly supports client service and firm operations.

• Prepare, review, process, and distribute client billing invoices.
• Coordinate billing revisions with attorneys, legal support staff, and accounting personnel.
• Follow client billing guidelines, budgets, rates, and e-billing submission requirements.
• Support month-end billing deadlines and maintain accurate billing records.

• 3+ years of billing, accounting, or closely related experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and time management.
• Comfort working with high-volume, deadline-driven billing processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Legal billing, professional services billing, or e-billing experience.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
