Now Hiring: Temporary Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Location: Honolulu, HI 96814

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Job Description

Kelly Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part‑Time Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations during an employee’s sick leave. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable efficiently managing administrative tasks in a fast‑paced environment. This is a temporary position with no defined end date, as it will continue until the employee returns from sick leave. The start date is immediate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and assist with customer inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars.
  • Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Support the team with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (
    Word
    , Excel
    , Outlook
    ) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and multitask effectively.
