Key Responsibilities
- Patient
Experience:
Greet patients, provide a calm and organized environment, and handle inquiries in person or via phone. - Scheduling:
Coordinate provider schedules, book appointments, and send reminders to reduce no-shows. - Administrative Tasks:
Manage patient check-in/check-out, verify insurance eligibility, and update demographic information in the system. - Financial Duties:
Collect co-pays and payments, and handle billing inquiries. - Records Management:
Maintain accurate patient files and ensure confidentiality (HIPAA compliance). - Office Maintenance:
Ensure the reception area is clean and manage office supplies.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI.
Pay & BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
