Job Description

First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant III to join the Retail Products and Services Division.

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Hours may vary)

Compensation

The hourly salary range for this role is $21.50 to $29.50/hr; commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

Provides broad administrative and operational support to division leadership and staff. This role is responsible for coordinating activities, managing logistics, maintaining organized records, and supporting day-to-day administrative functions to ensure efficient operations across the division.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Five or more years of experience in administrative support functions in a corporate office environment required
  • Possesses excellent oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills
  • Able to handle confidential matters judiciously
  • Possesses attention to detail with excellent follow-through
  • Able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines
  • Proficiency in use of PCs, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Possesses a positive attitude and flexibility
  • Able to work independently or in a team environment
