Position: RECEPTIONIST
Location:
HDCC
The Receptionist will serve as the primary point of contact for the Honolulu Office, welcoming and screening visitors, answering and directing incoming calls, and managing mail and deliveries. Additionally, the Receptionist will provide parking validation, accept certified mail, update directories and logs, and assist with various administrative tasks.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS- High school graduate or equivalent
- Acquire working knowledge of telephone systems and general company operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excels at multi-tasking
- Two (2) or more years in construction or equivalent experience
- Recommended Length of Service in Position:
- Office Administration Coordinator/Support I: 2+ Years
* Length of Service is determined by the Supervisor and is based on the employee’s ability to demonstrate reasonable competency in all applicable aspects of the Job Description.
- Office Administration Coordinator/Support I: 2+ Years
- Greet and screen visitors, answer phone calls, and take messages as needed
- Receive and process mail and deliveries, including logging and announcing deliveries for all offices and jobsites
- Accept and log certified mail
- Update job listing directories and email distributions monthly
- Maintain the Office Services invoice log and assist with back charges
- Update cubbies with project staff information as necessary
- Ensure the lobby, reception area, conference room, and kitchen are kept tidy and presentable
- Assist Human Resources Department on various Company events
- Other duties as assigned
