- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License

- Work as a bartender
- Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative support role.
- Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Associate degree or higher in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience with office management software and phone systems.
- Familiarity with customer service principles and practices.
- Bilingual abilities or proficiency in a second language.
- Previous experience in a corporate or healthcare office setting.
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel or departments.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems accurately.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and inventory management.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.
- Support other office staff with various clerical duties as needed.
- Work as a bartender and obtain liquor license
