FACILITY ADMINISTRATOR - $20/HR MEDICAL + DENTAL OFFEREDHTM Contractors, Inc. is a leader in the residential and commercial market in Honolulu, Hawaii. We are a diversified service contractor that specializes in tree service, junk removal, roll-off dumpster rental, environmental cleaning, and street sweeping, and our team members take great pride in the work we do. Pay &
Schedule:
- $20 per hour
- Monday to Friday, 7:00AM - 3:30PM
- Weekly Pay
- Medical and Dental Insurance Offered – Begins after 4 weeks averaging 20+ hours/week
- 10 paid holidays
- 80 hours PTO annually
- Birthday Pay (After 1 year)

The Work:
- Manage and maintain inventory of company supplies, PPE, job materials, and small tools using Ref Tab
- Track asset locations, tool rentals, returns, and inventory audits to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
- Receive, verify, organize, and store deliveries and job materials within the baseyard
- Perform weekly inventory audits and monthly restocking runs to prevent supply shortages
- Coordinate with the Facilitator and labor staff for material handling, tool check-ins, and stocking
- Distribute and document PPE issuance for employees and maintain adequate safety supply inventory
Requirements
:
- Administrator or assistant experience
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in MS Office, and typing skills
- Verbal communication, reporting Skills
- Professionalism
- Supply management & inventory control
