Position: $18/hour | Claims Support Associate | Weekly Pay!

This is not a remote role. Applicants must be able to report to work on time as scheduled.

Location: Honolulu, HI

Pay: This position has a fixed rate of $18/hour

Experience:

  • 2 years of general office experience is required.
  • Customer service or call center experience is preferred.
  • Education:

  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • A 2-year college degree or equivalent work experience is required.
  • Type: Full-time;
    Contract

    Schedule: Day Shift, 7:30am to 4:00pm

    Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Claims Support Associate to join a growing and dynamic team!

    Job Description
  • Process incoming First Notice of Loss (FNOL) submissions received via email, fax, or postal mail. Enter claim information into the claims management system and upload supporting documents.
  • Handle inbound claims-related calls, including new claim intakes and inquiries from insureds, claimants, medical providers, and agents.
  • Manage inbound operator calls for FICOH and route them to the appropriate department or associate.
  • Monitor the shared Outlook mailbox and route incoming faxes and emails to the correct claims associates.
  • Prepare, scan, and validate incoming claims mail and inter-office documents, ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Perform additional administrative or support duties as assigned.
  • Position Requirements
  • Ability to type 40 to 45 words per minute.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers, providers, and internal teams.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
  • Accurate and efficient data entry skills.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and adapt to change.
