Job Description
First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a Client Service Administrator to join the Institutional Advisory Services Division. The Client Service Administrator provides proactive administrative and operational support to front-line officers and clients, ensuring seamless service delivery. Manages and coordinates the fulfillment of internal and external WMG client service requests across various IASD business lines. Handles securities processing with accuracy and efficiency while identifying opportunities for process improvements and streamlining workflows to enhance overall operational effectiveness.
CompensationThe annual salary range for this role is $60,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience. The level of the role will be determined at the time of offer.
Work ScheduleMonday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Hours may vary)

Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in business-related field or equivalent work experience required
- Three (3) years of experience in the financial industry (wealth management, trust, banking, brokerage house) with a minimum of two (2) years of experience building client relationships. Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in customer service, with a minimum of three (3) years of experience building client relationships within the financial industry preferred.
- Ability to verbally communicate effectively with individuals and in a group setting.
- Ability to draft and edit reports or correspondence in proper form.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines, establish and maintain priorities and work under time constraints with interruptions.
- Ability to assimilate and understand information.
- Ability to manage detailed information with accuracy.
- Ability to use judgment and discretion regarding confidential information is essential.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment is critical.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of or interest in improving multi‑tasking skills.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
