The Benefits Processing Specialist is responsible for administering pension and annuity benefits by accurately processing transactions and ensuring compliance with plan guidelines and regulatory requirements. This position also delivers high-quality customer service by assisting clients and fund professionals, resolving inquiries, and maintaining accurate records while supporting efficient day-to-day operations.

• Respond to client and fund professional inquiries
• Process pension and annuity benefit transactions
• Submit benefit information to plan custodians
• Maintain accurate client and fund records
• Assist with mailings and regulatory notices
• Prepare and maintain status reports
• Provide receptionist relief and support as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or GED
• Knowledge of pension/annuity rules and regulations
• Strong math and 10-key skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
