Overview

TEKsystems is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist to assist a local healthcare organization. This role supports daily business operations by handling administrative tasks, coordinating communications, and ensuring smooth workflows across teams.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative work, customer support, and operational coordination in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

+ Prepare and manage various documents, communications, and records

+ Review and maintain data for accuracy and completeness

+ Process incoming communications (mail, voicemail, email) and route appropriately

+ Provide general administrative and customer service support

+ Coordinate information and materials between internal departments

+ Assist with research, reporting, and data tracking

+ Support internal processes such as access requests and vendor coordination

+ Identify and help improve workflow efficiencies

+ Perform additional operational or administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills

+ Effective written and verbal communication

+ Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

+ Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

+ Ability to work independently and within a team

+ Customer service experience is a plus

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Honolulu, HI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
